Any jewellery purchased from www.nakit.bg can be returned within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, subject to the following conditions:
- the product is in its original packaging
- the product is free from signs of use or deterioration
- the product is accompanied by a postal money order receipt/receipt or invoice and any supplements with which it was delivered (certificate, etc.)
According to Article 57(3) "The provisions of Articles 50 to 56 on the consumer's right of withdrawal from a distance or off-premises contract shall not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's order or in accordance with his individual requirements.
Delivery costs for the return or exchange of products shall be borne by the customer.
Once we have received and checked the status of the returned product, we will refund the amount paid for the product by bank transfer within 7 working days.
