Each jewel from the Nakit.bg collections is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, which serves as a warranty card for 2 (two) years from the date of the certificate.
The warranty is valid for:
finding of non-conformity of the goods with the agreed
obvious manufacturing defects
falling of stone. In this case, in order to carry out the correction, it is necessary to send the stone together with the jewel. If the stone is unavailable, we will inform you of the cost of the stone to be paid prior to fitting.
The guarantee is void in case of:
Defects and discoloration of the jewel caused by improper use and storage, mechanical or chemical impact (impact, scratching, breakage, breaking, deformation, contact with cosmetics, chemicals and mineral water, etc.).
Lack of a postal money order receipt or invoice and certificate of authenticity.
Any adjustment to the product made by the buyer or a third party.
The jewellery, together with the attached documents, can be sent to the office of Econt, Business Park, Sofia.
